Meet your stack
where it lives.

youdou connects to the tools you already use — your mail, your old CRM, your files, the web — and pulls what matters into your local database. Data flows toward your machine, not into another cloud.

Enrichment & prospecting

Apollo

One click enriches a company or contact from Apollo’s B2B database — firmographics, titles, verified emails — staged so the free pass runs first and Apollo only spends where it adds something. Bulk-enrich a list, or let an automation enrich every new lead automatically — with a gate that skips free-mail domains so credits go to real prospects.

Google Lighthouse

Run Google’s own performance audit on any prospect’s website — scores, load times, what’s broken — and open with their numbers instead of a pitch. Audit one company or a whole list, flag stale audits for re-run, or trigger an audit from an automation the moment an account lands.

Clipper — any webpage

Select anything on the web and the browser clipper files it — company created, contacts matched, source stamped. A tab becomes a record in one click.

Webhooks

The power exit: any automation can POST its event — the rule, the trigger, a snapshot of the record — to any URL you run. If a tool speaks HTTP, youdou can reach it.

Your mail & calendar, connected directly

Gmail

Send directly through your Google account — your address, your mailbox, no relay. Sync brings in only mail tied to accounts already in your CRM, threaded and linked to the right person, company and deal. Sequences, open & click tracking, and reply detection all ride your own sending.

Microsoft 365 & Outlook

The same for work mail: send from your own Outlook mailbox, pull the threads that belong to your accounts — nothing else, nowhere else. Drag an Outlook message onto the app and it files itself.

Google Calendar

Events publish to your real calendar with the attendees on them — Google sends the invites, youdou tracks who registered, attended, or no-showed, and enrolls the follow-up.

Bring your book

Salesforce

Import your accounts, contacts, and opportunities out of Salesforce and into a CRM that lives on your disk. Your book comes with you — and it keeps working when the seat doesn’t.

HubSpot

Pull your companies, contacts, and deals from HubSpot into youdou. One import, and the pipeline you built is local, fast, and yours.

Your AI, your choice

OpenAI — or fully local

Bring your own OpenAI key, use the managed route, or point youdou at Ollama on your own machine and keep AI entirely offline. A private-server option sits in between. Drafts, briefs, and deal analysis run wherever you decide.

An egress ledger

Every AI call is logged — what task, which provider, how many characters left the machine. When the answer is “nothing left, it ran locally,” the ledger says so. The technical details →

Your machine is an integration too

Your desktop

Drag and drop files, notes, or transcripts straight onto the app. youdou reads them, finds the contacts inside, and files them — organized on the spot.

Document repository

Every attachment and document lands in your own folders on your disk, filed by company and type. A repository you can open with any tool, back up, and keep. If there’s a tool your motion depends on, tell us what you need.

One rule for all of them

Every integration points inward. Mail, records, files, and clips flow into the database on your machine — nothing pools on a youdou server, because there isn't one holding your data. You connect the tools; the data stays yours. Why local-first →
